Internal Communications And Engagement Manager

Current

I joined Splash to set up their internal communication and engagement channels and enable the team to build incredible games for our players. At Splash I work closely with stakeholders across the studio to communicate effectively to our 400 person team of developers. I have set up a matrix of channels, aligned our messaging, and focussed heavily on engaging our team.Solving the problem of "how we work" is a challenge every business is facing. For Splash, being together mattered. I enabled the roll out of our on site, 4-Day Working week, supporting the business with a six month long change management plan that put people first, focussed on two way engagement loops, and supported folks through the turmoil of change.Aside from building a strong foundation for how we communicate, I work closely with our studio leadership to develop two way engagement opportunities between our teams and our leaders. This year I launched our first ever studio-wide engagement survey with a 74% response rate - and followed it up with a plan focussed on our critical areas.I connect folks across the studio to build working relationships, and enable our people to feel empowered to innovate, drive change, and build the future of gaming.
