• Early Involvement in critically assessing and reviewing project assumptions, risk assessment and standardization of baseline applications• Project budget overrun warning by monitoring project budget execution, promptly giving early warnings and reporting when profit deteriorates• Preparation, management and analysis of project rolling forecast & management of variance between budget/forecast and actuals• Manage project data quality by managing revenue, cost, inventory, AR and AP
