Responsible for Production Plan, Maintenance Schedule Process within budgetary and time constraints and optimum utilization of plant machineries, Raw materials and manpower to achieve company targets and objectives.2. Responsible to manage all the logistics system in Factory such as Transportation system, timely managed the Raw material, Packing material, finished goods and others as per requirement of the organization for the smooth operation.3. Responsible to manage all the logistics activities/system in Factory such as Transportation system, timely managed the Raw material, Packing material, finished goods and others as required in the organization for the smooth operation.4. To ensure that all the production, quality, maintenance and Logistic activities are carried out under controlled conditions.5. Responsible for handling day to day operation of the factories within the allocated budget and government regulations.6. Responsible for providing technical and logistics support to Marketing and Sales Personnel for growth in Sales.7. Responsible for Managing, Co-ordination and liaisons with labors, Top Level Management, and Government, Non - Government Bodies.8. Responsible for developing, implementing all the strategic procurement/purchase activities within a given timeframe and cost optimization with high standards quality from the Factory Site.9. Responsible for liaisons with the procurement, Purchase and sales Managers to manage the inventories of materials to achieve sales targets.10. Responsible for qualities of incoming materials in process materials and finished goods/product and to ensure that product standards are maintained.11. Responsible for verify the stock, inventory management and accountability.12. Responsible for solving HR related problem, guiding the safety related programs, maintain and develop the quality, Production and Maintenance Schedule.
