Since inventing modern day E-Textiles in 1985 and inventing machines to produce the displays, dozens of celebrities, performers, and millions of people have, at some point in time, seen or worn my technologies over the years. I mentored students at the IFAI E-Textile Conference in New Orleans October, 2017 to create a new product. Winning team received $1500 prize and I'm proud to announce I was involved with that project which incorporated an LED/Optic display."DESIGN, EVALUATION AND APPLICATIONS OF ELECTRONIC TEXTILES" is my chapter from a book entitled, "Performance testing of textiles: methods, technology and applications" went to distribution June 2016. I am available to conduct lab exercises for university undergraduate, graduate students and professors immediately and offer presentations at fashion universities and conferences on smart phone control of colors of fabric displays. "Tom Savini School of Special Effects in the Douglas Education Center, Monessen, PA workshops have been very productive. The 100 year old school is noted for special effects education with Tom Savini.My presentation (2014), "Integrating Smart Wearable Technologies" at the Textile Conference in Melbourne, Australia resulted in a request to conduct labs for grad students and professors on "LED/Optic Technologies and Applications". October of 2017 a dress I added Smart Phone control worn by Cierra Martinez for the Google Dress Code event in LA changed colors according to choices from her smart phone.October 15, 2018 I presented E-Textile technology reviews and mentored on the show floor helping companies with E-Textile applications at the IFAI Expo in Dallas, TX.
