Team size now is 170+ people, including marketing, sales, product, implementation & service, operation, risk and technology teams Responsible for product R&D, marketing, sales, client implementation/service and operation for SME demands including equity investment, supply chain finance, SME loan, liquidity management and fintech solutions Develop fintech solutions for SME market including Big Data and Blockchain Responsible for the P/L management for the overall SME business Responsible for marketing events, media interview on SME business

 Responsible for the development and execution for China e-commerce products which include E-Banking platform and Host to Host integration  Responsible for cash product P&L management in North China Interpret and analyze e-commerce product performance, analyze data, provide forecasts. Initiatives to drive down costs, streamline operating processes and enhance revenue Provide expertise support to sales teams for North China solution to achieve revenue targets

 Responsible for cash products which include RMB and FCY currencies, covering account services, payables & receivables (electronic and paper) management, foreign exchange, client access channels, liquidity and short-term investment products Responsible for cash product P&L management in China. Interpret and analyze product performance, analyze data, provide forecasts. Initiatives to drive down costs, streamline operating processes and enhance revenue Responsible for the development and execution of strategic changes for China. effectively aligning with Global/Regional product strategies addressing the China market specifics Responsible for China Expansion Strategy to execute new branch build-up Provide expertise support to sales teams to achieve revenue targets Provide strong support to cash project execution in China Identify and develop cross functional strategic initiatives wherever appropriate to build the China capability network contribute articles, media interviews, organize roundtables etc

- Client Access Handle daily client inquiries related to transaction, account opening, and e-banking trouble shooting Handle client adoption process including account opening and e-banking setup documentation Conduct service reviews for corporate clients based on deep understanding of client's business and their needs. Conduct service quality tracking and provide scorecards to the client. Identify opportunities for service improvement and product cross-sell- Implementation Manage implementation of bank products and services across Global Transaction Banking, especially for cash management corporate client Provide pre-sales support, draw implementation plan, prepare documentation & agreement, arrange system setting, and conduct comprehensive training to clients Work with head office and other internal departments to deliver solution meeting client requirements on cash management Perform support function in terms of technology and other client service- Product Responsible for the development and execution of strategic changes for China. Effectively aligning with Global/Regional product strategies addressing the China market specifics. Responsible for product & system enhancement, participate in the development of the strategy for cash management services and support sales team to achieve revenue targets. Apply implementation procedures and methodology to complete local link system setups by coordination external partners (mainly six key local banks).
