Throughout my career, I have covered multiple roles in the IT industry. I have worked as a Network and Server Administrator and been responsible for leading medium size projects for different companies. I have also acted as pre-sales consultant, field service technician and 3nd tier support engineer. Being fluent in English and Spanish allowed me to undertake roles for diplomatic missions in different countries, handling confidential and sensitive information while supervising junior staff.For years, I have developed a strong background in customer service and case management. Apart from my bilingual communication skills, I have experience in troubleshooting, analysis, use of evidence and problem solving.
