-Responsible for setting and executing a full lifecycle recruiting strategy; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback and recommendations, managing the candidate experience, and ultimately onboarding great talent.-Partner with internal departments to assess recruitment needs; Foster good relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates/candidates.-Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.-Partner and collaborate with other recruiters across the company to share talent and ensure team success.-Build recruitment strategies that support the company's values and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.-Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM/ATS, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.-Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and close job offers.-Conduct and coordinate resume reviews, and schedules for interviews.-Manage and lead recruitment events.

-Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in human resources.-Previous experience working in a public community.-Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems -Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite and other applicable software applications -Customer service experience.-Attention to detail.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Advanced interpersonal skills.-Critical thinking skills.-Ability to work off hours.-Ability to conduct interviews over the phone, or any other platform.-Decision-making skills.-Good organizational skills.-Screening candidate résumés.-Conducting interviews with candidates.-Interacting with current staff to build candidate network-Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews with hiring managers and technical managers.-Managing the applicant tracking system.
