Create proposals, engineers estimated probable cost, schedules, and contract documents for each individual project, evaluate health, safety, and environmental concerns on each project (WS&D and Paving) including specifications and construction drawings with AUTOCADD. Review construction drawings and recommend corrective measurements to comply with TXDOT standards.
