Contract Developer.Mr. Lord first earned money for computer programming in 1973, and unlike many of his counterparts, has continued to develop software and stay current with technology over the past forty-five (45) years. He bought his first IBM 5150 PC December 1981 running MS-DOS 1.0 and has worked with virtually every Microsoft release of their Operating Systems since. He started out writing Terminate and Stay Resident programs; most of which were related to communications (precursor to networking).Prior to the 21st century he programmed with a variety of languages: C++, Fortran, RPGII, Macro-Assembler, ALC, TAL, Basic, Pascal, (S-)COBOL and et cetera. He started programming with Visual Studio 2002 Beta in the fall of 2001 and has worked with every Microsoft release since. Proficient with C# and VB.NET. He started working with SQL Server 6.5 in 1997 and has worked with every Microsoft release since. In 1997 he also worked with Sybase 11.5 (Adaptive Server Enterprise) on HP and SUN Unix systems.He only works 100% Remote, focusing primarily on c#, JavaScript, ASP.NET and SQL Server (Microsoft Full-Stack Developer).

Crime Scene Cleanup of Biomedical, Suicide, Homicide, Blood (body fluids), Human decomposition, and et cetera. Many times Crime Scene Cleanup involve some minor Restoration (repair) Services too. Transport dead bodies from Crime Scenes to morgues and transport Medical Wastes (e.g., Sharps) to authorized disposal dumps.

Had an ownership stake in the company, which provided software solutions and in some cases operational support primarily to Law Enforcement agencies. In addition to management responsibilities, performed a lot of Architectural Design and (Microsoft Full-Stack) Software Developed.

Primarily responsible for Intellectual Property (IP), acquiring patents and infringement enforcement.

Computer Software & Education Management

A few customers paid a monthly retainer fee. If they had a software problem, they would call Mr. Lord for support. Occasionally they would call if there was a hardware problem, so Mr. Lord could represent them with the System Engineer.

Initially was a software developer, but after graduation from Ashford University was promoted to a Manufacturing (Electrical) Engineer.

Worked primarily with IBM developing software for customers, which helped IBM sell their equipment. This relationship was a precursor to their "Marketing Assistance Program".
