I lead, design, and create so that organizations and individuals can live into the fullness of who God has created them to be. On an organizational level, I serve as a strategic architect to help chart a path to fulfil the vision and values of the organization. This includes big picture vision, strategy and direction combined with the development of systems to bring about implementation. As a clergyperson, I operate out of an apostolic gift cluster of faith, leadership, preaching and wisdom.
