I'm Hanaka Mori, and I currently work as an ESG consultant at KPMG Japan. My responsibilities include:-Encouraging companies to integrate sustainable business practices into their current operations.-Reviewing business reports (e.g., securities/sustainability) to identify areas for improvement and providing ESG-related advice.-Developing internal control systems.Prior to my role at KPMG, I worked at IBM Japan as an IT consultant for 2 years. During that time, I gained experience in the following areas:-Participating as a Financial member in the SAP conversion from ECC to S/4 HANA for a major domestic airline.-Serving as a Project Management Office (PMO) member for the scratch development of a website for a prominent manufacturer. My responsibilities included scheduling, facilitation, incident management, and minutes creation.
