- Conduct CDD and EDD (for high-risk customers) of individual and corporate customer profiles for onboarding and trigger event review in tight deadlines- Analyze information collected from customers with the transaction provided by FCC to deduce whether they are relevant and valid in order to maintain the relationship between the customers and the bank. - Reactivate frozen and closed accounts in compliance of Bank’s proceduresIdentify and verify KYC documents and customer statistic data- Engage with customers to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within the service level- Liaise with front office and FCC - Comply with relevant government regulations and the Bank's internal guidelines and policies

- Acted as an executive in handling corporate finance advisory on takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising activities, and other corporate exercises under the Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code - Prepared documentation such as the publication of announcements, letters from the independent financial adviser, circulars to shareholders, listing documents, agreements, board/shareholder minutes or resolutions, etc.- Prepared term sheets, proposals, and presentation materials for listed companies and other professional investors- Closely liaise with the management of listed companies, external professional parties, or regulatory authorities during the implementation of projects
