With the mindset of process optimization and a background in chemical engineering, I aim to aid the process industry to become more efficient and environmentally friendly as well. Skilled in process engineering, water, and wastewater engineering, biogas production, process mathematical modelling, CFD, C++, OpenFOAM, and Ansys Fluent. Achieved a Master's degree in chemical and environmental Engineering from the University of Tehran, I became an expert member of UNESCO chair on water reuse (UCWR) and we accomplished a water reuse project for the biggest corn wet milling company in Iran (Glucosan), resulted in reducing the total amount of water consumption of the industrial plant. Later, moving to the Netherlands, became a PDEng graduate from the University of Twente and worked thoroughly with industry and the university by optimizing an industrial anaerobic digester in cooperation with HoSt bioenergy installations and Saxion University.Worked at AM-Team as an advanced modelling engineer for almost two years, pursued process optimization with advanced digital tools for various industrial processes including water & wastewater, pharma, food, and chemical.Now, at InsPyro, I am looking forward to new experiences, broadening my modelling skills, and getting involved in other aspects like marketing and sales.

For that purpose, a CFD model was integrated with the ADM1 (biokinetic model) approach. By numerical modelling through CFD, a deep understanding regarding processes and phenomena interacting inside the AD including biogas production, mass transfer between phases, mixing, etc. was achieved. Hence, without doing on-site experiments which are not always possible because of either safety issues or cost, a throughout analysis of process functionality and output is available. -

In one of the industrial water reuse projects, at Glucosan Company near Tehran, we succeeded to reduce the water consumption of the plant by reusing and recycling the water existing in the cycle of consumption.
