- Be responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of the Bank's Internet banking products and services and website presence.- Contribute towards developing strategic business and marketing plans to acquire more internet banking users (e-Banking, mobile banking, SMS banking).- Analyze customer usage of e-Banking and work with the Marketing Department to increase usage of e-banking delivery channels.- Review existing internet banking offerings for enhancements as a result of business goals, competitive pressures and revenue opportunities- Create ideas for e-Banking website and mobile application UI and UX design.- UI design for MBBank relationship manager mobile application.- Work closely with IT and e-Banking project teams to test UAT and Live environment.- Work closely with communication team and outsourcing vendor to design UI and UX for MB official website. At the same time, testing admin site to make sure all functions work properly.- Providing supports for branches: internet banking monthly report, solving problems that relate to e-Banking products and services.- Takes ownership and ensures timely response and resolution of customer issues.- Support managers for presentation works.

- Strategic Partnership management- Do market research, establish and maintain strong relationships with key merchants. - Responsible for the merchant network development to support the ANZ card branding.- High-level contract negotiations- Visit merchants on a local basis- Coordinating with regional management to update the acquiring policy and implementation.- Increase the number FPP outlets that offer instalment with wow customer experience.- Create marketing campaigns to encourage growth of merchant business. Work closely with marketing team and outsourcing vendor from end - to - end to design email direct marketing, POSM (standee, posters...), deliver and reconcile inventory.- Build out the team resources and capability for future growth and succession.- Aid in association compliance. Manage and implement operational initiatives and ensure full compliance with ANZ operational regulations.- To ensure that all initiatives from department / regional Management requirements are well executed and staff are properly trained.- Build relationship and customer service. Solve and handle complaint promptly, keep track of partners' service quality.- Bring more awareness of customer about ANZ through ANZ branding materials at merchants.
