• Development, upgrade and maintenance of computer applications and software packages with c#, Visual Basic including Customer Relation Management System, Timesheet System, Components and Peripheral Tools, such as installation tools of all company’s products on the customers’ devices;• Contribution to system analysis, system design and preparation of software specifications and requirements;• Preparation of Test Scenarios and conducting unit testing, module test and overall system test as well as code debugging and release management;• Generating technical documents of software in released versions;• Preparation of User guides and Help Documents;
