Every challenge is an opportunity to grow and evolve a business into a continually growing and widely known brand. Throughout my academic career, I have incorporated this mindset into allowing myself to strive for milestones that have seemed impossible. Constantly aiming to retain the mindset that it is impossible to fail If you never quit. My background in sales has been instrumental in shaping my entrepreneurial approach. Sales taught me the importance of relationships to better understanding people’s needs, building trust, and creating value within a given business structure. In these roles, I’ve developed a relationship-focused business strategy that prioritizes collaboration and adaptability. These experiences reinforced the idea that businesses thrive when they prioritize people first (customers, partners, and employees).Throughout my time attending the University of Tampa as an Entrepreneurship major, I’ve grown a strong love for the Tampa Bay area. This region offers incredible opportunities for entrepreneurs to build projects with a lasting impact and community engagement. I’m inspired by the area’s energy, innovation, and sense of community. All contributing towards my desire to contribute to its growth. I’m committed to staying curious, seeking out new challenges and surrounding myself with individuals who share a similar drive for creating and growing. I believe that the key to success lies in persistence, the willingness to keep moving forward when faced with adversity.I also enjoy pickleball and skydiving.
