Working as a Planning engineer at Sobha Dream Gardens . Yelahanka, Bengaluru. It contains 1780 units of 1 and 2 Bedroom ApartmentsResponsibilities:-1)Preparing detailed milestone schedule and incorporating the same.. 2)Preparing resource deployment schedules to achieve the planned targets .3)Preparing construction activities schedules in PRIMAVERA P6 , assigning resources to it, also finding critical path of the project and updating and tracking of the project.4)Preparing Cash flows, purchase request, work orders through ERP software and also coordination with the vendor to get the materials at right time.5)Generating DLR,DPR, MPR, WPR, drawing register, delay reports and sending it to Central Planning HO.6)Preparing the Master quantity of the materials and resources required to site.7)Team management and coordination with estimation, costing, quality, safety, project departments.
