As BISCI Mentorship Program Chair, I work with BICSI in developing and implementing the program, providing guidance and support to Mentors and Mentees, and ensuring that the program runs smoothly.

• Responsible for accommodating all guests at an event while circulating the room to be made readily available at any point to respond politely to guest anticipating needs. • Greet and welcome guests and respond to their requests in a courteous and friendly manner to ensure a positive, effective guest experience at the hotel. • Held accountable for reading a clients’ banquet event order and properly set up for hundred plus events and conferences in the facility. • Serve the beverage and food in the appropriate order and in tune with the expectation of the supervisor to ensure consistency throughout the banquet event. • Bartend for events with knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections with abiding by all corporate act, laws, and requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.

• Consult with project managers and engineers to design low voltage systems such as security, voice/data, and audio/visual systems in commercial buildings.• Responsible for finding creative solutions to the challenges of the communication and technology design in the building industry. • Stay up to date and informed of new advanced technologies through networking with integrator and vendors to ensure clients receive the newest innovative design development. • Work with clients to design and develop technology specification in collaboration with other engineers.

• Worked with the Steel Superintendent to develop and coordinate steel deliveries along with producing the steel phasing plan prior to erection for a college dormitory project.• Practical hands-on involvement with team members to gain field coordination experience with contractors, architects, and engineers. • Assist project managers and field engineers with project scheduling along with establishing, and proposing numerous RFI’s throughout the duration of the initial construction development phase.

• Plan and organize swimming lessons based on the level of swimmers experience. • Instruct swimming lessons to different diverse groups of people seeking to improve their skills from beginner to advance in young children into adulthood. • Analyze every swimmer's personality and skill set to ensure a proper delivery method of instruction to create a level of trust and relationship to assure training is being comprehended, especially with young children. • Establish positive relationships with the parents/guardians along with the students. • During instruction and as a lifeguard, supervise swimmers to ensure that they are swimming within the safety protocols.

• Supervise the Paradise Park (Kid area) to ensure the safety of the guests during their time in and out of the water. • Assist with multiple first aid injuries that required immediate attention. • Provide proper dispatch intervals in accordance with standard operating procedures along with monitoring safety and guide guests on various water park rides.

• Correct and update telecommunication drawings given by engineers and lead technicians for various LTE communication sites. • Attend site visits and engineering conferences with other interns to gain knowledge of different engineering disciplines and leadership development. • Assist with sorting and organizing construction drawings, files, and data related to cellular communication sites.
