Global Talent, a program of Jannus, helps college-educated New Americans rebuild and reclaim their professional careers in the U.S.

Global Gardens is a program of the Idaho Office for Refugees and Jannus, Inc. We welcome farmers and gardeners to engage in work that brings them joy, provides food for their families and community, and earns a fair wage within our local food economy. We help farmers access land, training and markets, and provide more than 150 community garden spaces. - Manage wholesale and farmer’s market operations; collect weekly inventory from farmers; develop partnerships with local restaurants and grocery stores; deliver produce to wholesale partners- Oversee community supported agriculture (CSA) operations for over 375 customers; advertise CSA produce shares to community members; organize weekly CSA pickups with members and farmers- Lead efforts to improve and streamline supply chain for CSA and wholesale operations; develop Global Gardens food hub business plan- Manage website and social media; design marketing materials
