Preparation of inspection check sheet for incoming parts and Inhouse inspection formats, ensure calibration of instruments as per the plan, carrying out inspection activities of NPD parts, problem identifying and trying to solve it with immediate actions,Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues, ensure necessary PPAP documents (RM reports, Special process reports, ISIR, MSA, SPC. etc) are made available to share with customers.
