I began working with Steve Madden as a sales associate, being promoted to Sales Supervisor of the Riverwalk location (New Orleans, LA) in January 2018. I remained at that location until July 2019, where I took an offer to move to the Lakeside Mall (Metairie, LA) location to get the store back on track. Since then, my Team and I have brought that store up to be one of the best in the country. During the holiday season of 2019 I briefly took over the Stock Manager position to ensure smooth out our issues during that busiest season. When our location opened back up after the COVID-19 Shutdown, we began to maintain a consistent hold in the top 10, peaking at number 3 nationwide.

I worked at Coach's Riverwalk location while I was also an associate at Steve Madden. I began during the Mardi Gras/Festival season as a seasonal and stayed on through the summer. It was an enriching experience, and Coach was a wonderful company to work for. The time I spent here reinforced my ability to talk to those from all walks of life.
