I work in the HR department's Learning and Development team, providing staff training to support our aim to end homelessness. My role includes: - Coordinating and scheduling workshops with internal and external providers - Managing our learning management system - Designing and creating E-learning courses - Creating comms plans and internally advertising development opportunities - Budget management - Training provider procurement and relationship management - Influencing our internal learning culture to encourage staff development - Reporting on booking numbers and training completion - Evaluation analysis - Maintaining our EDI policies and procedures to ensure development is accessible - Being approachable to staff and offering support for their development needs - Completing learning needs assessments with teams - Facilitating induction events

Within the learning and development team I coordinated counselling courses with the aim to develop the mental health workforce. My role included: - Scheduling - Student booking management via CRM and website bookings - Managing accreditor relationships to ensure courses met moderation and certification standards. - Managing our online learning platforms. - Providing good customer service and managing complaints. - Creating a comms plan to retain students between qualifications. - Analysing feedback and student diversity data to support programme development. - Using data to assist our comms team to run marketing campaigns. - Winning and retaining partnerships with organisations such as Football Beyond Borders, Enfield Council, and the Professional Footballers Association where we designed and delivered bespoke training. - Supporting tutors to prepare for courses and leading the tutor onboarding process.

I designed and delivered NCS, a residential summer youth programme. My role included: - Programme scheduling. - Using a CRM to manage our sign ups. - Using this data to manage our programme attrition to meet KPI’s. - Lesson and programme planning.- Workshop Facilitation- Managing positive relationships with our young people and their parents. - Creating support plans for any declared physical, SEND, or mental health needs. - Hiring and training staff as well as being their on-site manager during the programme. - Managing relationships with stakeholders from local community projects, schools and businesses.
