Never one to be satisfied with specialization, I seek variety in my endeavors and bring creativity and empathy to the pursuit of solutions in a complex world.With a background in community development, public administration, and business management I am proficient and comfortable working in many realms - from the private or nonprofit sector to local government to higher education. I bring passion for community self-reliance, professionalism gained through life experience, the academic knowledge to recognize systemic connections and leverage points, and the management training to tie it all together.After relocating to Colorado with my family in 2014, I enjoyed nearly five years on the Waste Reduction & Recycling team in Sustainability Services with the City of Fort Collins, before taking an interim role in the City Manager's Office in 2019.
