I’ve had the privilege of refining cross-border fundraising techniques and strategic business models, while also streamlining operations to support sustainable, long-term growth.As a Supervisory Board member of a prominent industrial holding company, I focus on fostering sustainable growth and ensuring long-term value creation, all while keeping an eye on key strategic initiatives and capital investments. I also co-own and manage an asset management company, balancing a wide range of responsibilities.Previously, I had the rewarding challenge of restructuring a manufacturing company. Thanks to an amazing team effort, we transformed it into a tier-one automotive supplier. I also founded Austria’s first corporate venture studio, where I had the honor of partnering with global market leaders to build innovative digital ventures, from ideation to scaling.I’ve been lucky enough to accumulate hands-on experience in management, strategy, corporate governance, and innovation ecosystems.
