I was the main point of contact for client relations, ensuring that their vision was accurately translated into the final product.In the project "Pathu Thala", I met with the production team to discuss their ideas and vision for the film. I then supervised the VFX team in executing tasks such as wire removal, blood splats, and compositing the environment. I also tested the VFX to ensure they integrated seamlessly with the film. One of the main challenges was managing the schedule and budget of the VFX department to ensure that all tasks were completed on time and within the allocated resources.In "Jai Bhim", I was responsible for overseeing the compositing of the environment, creating leaves and trees, and increasing the location. This involved meeting with the production team to discuss their ideas, creating graphics and animations on the computer, and supervising the VFX team in executing these tasks. I also managed the schedule and budget of the VFX department, and acted as the main contact for client relations.Each project brought its own set of challenges, but as a VFX Producer, my role was to manage these challenges and ensure that the final product met the highest standards of quality. I was responsible for distributing the necessary assets and artwork to the relevant departments and ensuring that the project scope, status, and completion information were up to date. I also organized meetings and review sessions, documented decisions and requests, and created progress reports for producers, supervisors, and clients. One of the main challenges was keeping the shot list database up to date with changes, version numbers, and statuses.Darbar: For the Darbar project, I was responsible for coordinating tasks such as rotoscoping, painting, compositing, and 3D modeling. I ensured the movement of the assets through the VFX pipeline and distributed the assets and artwork needed to the relevant departments. I also kept a close eye on the schedule, looking out for and troubleshooting any scheduling issues with the artist's tasks and workload.
