Marketing:-Allocated $200k+ marketing budget (annually) -Cultivated partnerships with Portland’s major media companies (Entercom, Alpha Media, KATU, KPTV, KRCW)-Responsible for executing all media buys (TV, radio, billboards, etc.)-Extensive experience in social media marketing and content generation-Managed the production of marketing material such as pocket schedules, season ticket holder gifts and sales decks.-Worked comprehensively on overhauling the Winterhawks brand by identifying community partners, updating artwork and practices and exploring new ideas in the sports marketing world.Sponsorship and Client Care-Oversaw the fulfillment of all major sponsor contracts (~$1.3m/yr) including:Les Schwab, Toyota, Widmer, Jack in the Box (as well as ~30 others)-Charged with closing accounts once leads have been qualified.-Focused on finding ways to align client’s marketing efforts with the Winterhawks brand and marketing channels. -Presented sponsorship opportunities to C-Level executives and found ways to work in VIP experiences for high-level clients.Game Operations:-In-Game Director for all Winterhawks home games (led a team of ~30)-Controlled all promotions, in-game entertainment and sponsorship elements-Produced 36 home games + playoffs each season-Oversaw all graphics, LED rings, Jumbotron show and all game operations components. -Rebuilt the Winterhawks show (and brand) over five seasons to be on par with major league teams and in-market competitors. Project Management:-Worked directly with subcontractors to bid jobs-Developed workflow strategies to reduce missed deadlines and redundancies-Became extremely effective at bringing 40k ft overviews and rough ideas to fruition-Expert in identifying possible issues, breaking down and delegating tasks and leading a project to completion ahead of schedule

-Draft, fulfill, and renew contracts for sponsors such as Toyota, Les Schwab, Boeing, Jack in the Box and many others.-Lead a team of 20+ through all facets of Game Operations including in-game marketing promotions, television and radio ads, sponsorship fulfillment, and person to person sales. -Develop and restructure programs to cultivate community relations for the Winterhawks and the PDX area. These programs include Get Kids Skating and Corporate Youth Incentives.

-Wrote and produced TV and radio advertisements-Selected and trained new hires-Budgeted payroll for game operations staff-Drafted and fulfilled contracts

-Completely familiarized myself with lead tracking, CRM's and client care programs-Made person to person sales through cold-calling as well as face-to-face meetings-Met and exceed all monthly sales goals-Received customer satisfaction awards
