• Developed Node.js Windows application from scratch, in a team of 3 developers working with the AGILE method, using JavaScript, HTML and CSS to automate item standardization leading to a decrease in time spent by 150%.• Automated vendor upload and batch upload features using Maximo RESTful API endpoints, saving 7 hours/week of employee time.• Designed and developed "Asset Finder" webpage using HTML and CSS and enhanced user interface by integrating Bootstrap 5 for modern design aesthetics, allowing engineers to easily locate assets across 10,000+ machine drawings.• Did root cause analysis to Identify machine parts likely to fail using FMECA to order and store them as spare parts for 20+ machines, thus preventing plant downtime due to failure. • Drafted 2D machine and plant drawings using AutoCAD and stored them in a DNA library system, leading to easier communication between plants and saving employee time.

• Manufactured a brand-new fiber glass body for a 20ft rocket using infusion molding and machine tools to optimize the design according to competition standards, leading to an increase in rocket stability and toughness.• Redesigned recovery bulkhead couplers based on DFM/DFA principles using SolidWorks, leading to a decrease in rocket weight as well a more efficient recovery system design.

• Designed a 3D CAD model for a miniature (30x10”) Formula 1 race car using Autodesk Fusion 360, while keeping in mind DFM principles and optimizing the design to decrease downforce and weight to maximize straight line speed.• Manufactured the car using polyeutherane 3D printing and a variety of power tools to then prepare the car according to design specifications and limitations set by Formula 1.• Conducted wind tunnel testing and CFD simulations on our race car to optimize aerodynamics and iterate design, leading to a 0.233s decrease in race time, leading to our car winning second place nationally.

• Designed 3 interactive websites using Next.js, HTML, and CSS that raised awareness about pressing global issues such as climate change & deforestation.
