Respect Vietnam was established in 2010 as a think-tank and then a consulting firm in 2013 in Vietnam. Upon realizing how costly, impulsive and ineffective labor (beyond) compliance efforts were along global supply chains, Respect Vietnam has been is dedicated to promote & develop more cost-effective, innovative, tech-aligned, participatory and sustainable workplace solutions in response to the fast-changing societies & economies in Vietnam and in the region. In 2014 we developed WE@WORK - a ground-breaking model that links client expectations with employee engagement to manage human-related risks/conflicts, uphold workplace innovations and enhance organisational values.

- Manage and oversee the implementation of FLA 3.0 Vietnam at 30 suppliers in Vietnam (6000/100000 workers surveyed and 400 deeply interviewed);- Provide 25 master training workshops in project fundamentals in both English and Vietnamese;- Promote labor policy advocacy in Vietnam based on good/best practice in FLA 3.0 Vietnam;- Research and develop technical measures and tools for pilot application in FLA 3.0 Vietnam;- Research and improve FLA 3.0 methodology in Labor Relations, Working Hours and Fair Wages;- Author the EASYFORM methodology to track anonymous worker grievances via codified grievance forms- Be a regular guest speaker, trainer and advocate at Vietnam’s National Assembly, Government Agencies, non-governmental efforts and national public media
