- Review operation output time sheets for accuracy and completeness and research discrepancies, and enter data into the computer system.- Complete all required documentation and perform clerical duties as needed.- Monitor and process relevant records, forms, and various other documents as per existing procedures and policies.

Contribute in :- Executing marketing strategies, and planning marketing events and product launches on the front-end platform.- Content writing for websites and campaigns.- Conducting market research and daily reports on rivals' performance.- Supporting the Marketing Manager, and the sales and after-sales team.

This previous job has given me a high level of experience in communication with foreign customers, namely customer care and communication with foreign customers through taking the task of providing wellbeing services as a host assistant. Plus, receiving bookings also help my organizing skill through the job!
