FutureAdvisor was a robo-advisor that helped people secure their financial future by offering them simple ways to manage their 401K and every day cash. Incubated and launched a Growth Account, a way for people to manage cash investments for the short and medium term. Product launch accounted for a 35% increase in number of investment accounts linked by users, and drove conversion to the paid product.The company was acquired by BlackRock in October ’15.

With a focus was on user acquisition & monetization, drove the largest redesign to Skype desktop, which grew core messaging and calling engagement. Launched advertising products that accounted for 80% of Skype's ad revenues.Led a cross-functional (PM, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science) team of 30+ across Estonia, London and the Bay Area for Skype's flagship client.

Head of Product for Big Data Analytics, part of the Interactive Entertainment Business (Xbox + Mediaroom). Led product strategy and roadmap development by working closely with customers (TV operators), marketing, sales, and developers. Operationalized a strategy shift to a new cloud based business model, while maintaining investments in the existing $200M business.

Led a multi-disciplinary incubation team to enable Bing-powered Movie and TV search on Xbox One.

Managed a cross functional team of 50 engineers & qa in multiple sites to launch a variety of v1 products, including the first launch of a Microsoft branded phone.

Managed team of 7 full time engineers, and several teams of international vendors to create a platform out of the US product to launch several international markets, where mobile browsers were the way to read content on phones (pre-apps era!).
