This position involves usability testing, eye tracking, user interviews, expert evaluations, questionaires and other quantitative and qualitative user research methods.

My main responsibility as Manager Experience Research is to make sure that every project in Making Waves does some kind of user testing / feedback and also do usability research and testing for customers. Everyone on my team are usability specialists and are also experienced Information Architects so they can detect flaws and make suggestions for improvement of user interfaces (web, mobile, touch devices and more).

I worked as manager of the user research department (Brukeradferdsavdelingen) in Tarantell until Tarantell was bought by Making Waves 16. September 2010. My primary role was, in addition to lead the User Research department, to do usability research and testing and information architecture on projects.

In my 8,5 years as a Senior Information Architect at Tarantell I have worked with many of the biggest brands in Norway. To mention a few I worked for a long time with Fotoknudsen - improving and refining their tools for making photogifts and also the check out process. I am responsible for the information architecture on the postbanken.no website and spv.no - both major banks in Norway. Creuna merged/bought Razorfish Oslo and I worked in Creuna for a short while as Information Architect until I joined some of my ex collegues from Razorfish that had started working at Tarantell.

At Razorfish Oslo I had one big project from I began working there until the company got bought by Creuna: the dnb.no website. I was the lead Information Architect and was responsible for all navigation/structure and wireframes for the new website together with one other IA (Andre Sjøberg).

Informasjonsmedarbeider for "Forvaltningsnettprosjektet" - et prosjekt om offentlige anskaffelser. Samarbeidsprosjekt mellom Arbeids- og administrasjonsdepartementet og Statens Forvaltningstjeneste.

I worked as information officer at Statens Informasjonstjeneste (SI). SI is now a part of Statskonsult. I was hired as a cowriter for a manual for public sector on methodology on how to make websites. I was also webmaster for a website for public procurement (forvaltningsnettprosjektet).
