My main responsibility as Manager Experience Research is to make sure that every project in Making Waves does some kind of user testing / feedback and also do usability research and testing for customers. Everyone on my team are usability specialists and are also experienced Information Architects so they can detect flaws and make suggestions for improvement of user interfaces (web, mobile, touch devices and more).

Creuna merged/bought Razorfish Oslo and I worked in Creuna for a short while as Information Architect until I joined some of my ex collegues from Razorfish that had started working at Tarantell.
