My genuine interest in the energy markets and the green transition is reflected in my enthusiasm for my work at Montel - at the forefront of energy markets. Since 2006 my fascination for the fast developing energy markets has been the motivation for working and studying hard. 17 years ago I wrote my master dissertation at Oxford Brookes Business School on how to develop offshore wind industry on the shoulders of offshore oil and gas experience in the North Sea. When I was working for Europe's leading power exchange, Nord Pool, I was constantly developing a deeper understanding for the European energy market and its future with increased complexity. Arranging events and study tours for high-level delegations from ie Brazil, South-Africa, India and Thailand was both personally and professionally rewarding. I am now making use of that knowledge and network as Program Director at Montel Energy Academy at various projects such as arranging Energy Days in Europe, Green Week Webinar live from the studio or holding engaging presentations and online material. I am a quick learner and always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the set goals or better still, to reach beyond expectations in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
