As an Information Technology Officer, I provided comprehensive support to colleagues, managing CCTV installations, preparing hardware and software specifications, and overseeing the company's server and Sales ERP system. I also played a key role in tendering, preparing over 200 documents and winning more than 150 tenders in various sectors. Additionally, I facilitated the importation and registration of over 1000 IVD medical devices and reagents from global manufacturers.

My role was initially to help customers which are health centers, hospitals and private laboratories through calls for after sale services . Did warm lines, daily tickets and weekly reports for every incidents happening daily, weekly and finally monthly. The Focus instruments were CD4 BD FacsCount, BD FacsPresto, HUMAN Humastar 80 - Chemistry Analyser, Humastar 300/600 Series, Hematology Analyzers from Sysmex such as XP 300, XN and XS Series.

My academic journey has been diverse, covering essential courses in the ICT field such as Database Systems, Web Technologies, Software Engineering, Computer & Peripherals Maintenance and Repairs, LAN & WAN Networking, Laws and Cyber Forensics, and various programming languages including C, C++, C#, HTML5, PHP, MySQL, CSS, and VB.net. Additionally, I gained knowledge in Digital and Analog Electronics, Multimedia Products Design, and Implementation using tools like Flash and Adobe Design.Throughout my studies, I continuously honed my skills and knowledge to prepare myself for practical applications. As a Freelance Technician, I gained hands-on experience in resolving computer and printer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to clients. Moreover, I undertook projects in graphics and website development for different companies, showcasing my ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions.One significant project during my academic tenure was the development of interactive multimedia web-based content. This project allowed me to apply my skills in web programming and multimedia design to create engaging and dynamic content. It served as a testament to my ability to innovate and implement solutions that meet the needs of modern technology.Overall, my academic background and practical experience have equipped me with a solid foundation in ICT, allowing me to tackle challenges and contribute effectively to the field.
