I am Hamad Alshamsi, a dedicated and driven graduate with a Masters in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, class of 2024. My academic journey has been marked by a specialization in electronic engineering, with a particular emphasis on communication systems. My thesis research focused on the safety and security aspects of Apple's new private relay software, where I thoroughly explored its implications for data protection and privacy. This research allowed me to contribute significantly to the field of electronic engineering, enhancing our understanding of secure communication systems.Additionally, I completed the Kings Foundation program in computer science and engineering, which provided me with a solid foundation in both computer science principles and engineering concepts. This comprehensive program, coupled with my academic pursuits, has fostered my skills and knowledge in these areas.I have also undertaken a variety of courses that have further broadened my expertise, including Communication Engineering, Advanced Control Systems, Introduction to Mobile Robotics and Bioinspirations, Electrical & Electronics Engineering Design, and Communication Engineering 2. These courses have equipped me with an in-depth understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of electrical and electronic engineering.As part of my MEng group project, I designed an FBG sensor system for a Smart ISO Tank, demonstrating my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical applications. This project showcased my skills in sensor technology and smart systems, highlighting my capacity for innovation and problem-solving in real-world engineering challenges.My skill set includes proficiency in LaTeX, Wireshark, Arduino, and MATLAB, which complements my technical knowledge. Additionally, my proficiency in public speaking and presenting demonstrates my ability to effectively communicate complex concepts. With a proven track record of academic excellence and a passion for technology, I am poised to embark on a promising career in electrical and electronic engineering. I possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. I am fluent in Arabic and English, with native-level proficiency in both languages, which positions me well for international collaborations.
