Successfully launched product, deployed to enterprise customers and supported them.◼ As hands on CTO designed the software, infra and ML architecture. Led the engineering team to develop and deploy the cloud hosted SaaS solution applying ML to massive telemetry data employing cloud wastage templates.◼ Got selected and developed relationships with AWS strategic startup group, AWS marketplace, B2B accelerator Alchemist and Stanford Startx.

◼ Formulated Macys Omnichannel AI/ML strategy and led the AI/ML efforts across the enterprise including stores and ecommerce.◼ Led more than 10 key business projects including personalization, search, conversational commerce, anomaly detection, product attribution, inventory management, fraud detection, sentiment analysis etc. These projects showed huge key business metric gains in A/B testing and were successfully launched. Led the infrastructure and technical teams working on implementing enterprise project and portfolio management (EPPM) application and business intelligence deployed on a globally distributed hybrid cloud. It is a complex deployment integrating with existing ERP systems and needs to scale to more than 6000 enterprise users.

Led the dcde agile scrum team on development and implementation of customapplication to manage the data center design and engineering at Google. Worked on allaspects of the server infrastructure, custom software design and development anddeployment. Designed reporting solution aggregating data across all of Google’s DCprojects. We used webservices to pull data out of application db into Pentaho andthrough ETL into Google BigQuery for reporting in tableau. Designed andImplemented admin module which leveraged caching of P6 and Oracle CMwebservices to provide super-fast and reliable P6 Authentication and Authorizationintegrating with Google SSO.

Built a highly robust and scalable platform and led the startup engineering team to deliver innovative hosted supply chain services on a cloud-based SaaS platform. This work has enabled the company to be highly successful and garner over 100 enterprise customers from scratch. Designed and implemented webservices with tight SLAs integrating with some of the leading ecommerce companies. Developed custom reporting solutions for business intelligence.

Led key @WalmartLabs and @Services Agile teams working on the new Pangaea platform to build Global Capabilities and Services from scratch. Managed large backend teams to develop and maintain content collection, Item Ingestion, aggregation and delivery and associated business logic for walmart.com ecommerce application. Team size of 50+. Led the discovery and investigation for next generation future catalog and presented a service based model to executives. Innovated and personally initiated key engineering projects like datapush redesign and optimization. This has resulted in tremendous daily business benefit: Datapush time reduced by 60%, Search extract time reduced by 80%. Filed two patents for datapush and environment refresh Drove key process improvements throughout my teams resulting in faster and more reliable execution. In addition established clear functional ownership for leads, reduced the diffusion of knowledge through contractors and set guaranteed SLAs on all tickets.

Sufinapps designs and implements complex financial securities algorithms using C, C++, MQL4, tradestation and Sterling Trading APIs. The algorithms apply to the forex, futures and equity markets to control risk and generate consistent returns. Researched market structures and order execution types supported by the trading APIs Coded the programs and carried out extensive backtesting using historical data, statisticalanalysis and forward testing. Achieved parameter optimization through genetic optimization and machine learning.

Provided hands-on leadership in the design and development of mobile application technology using Java, SQL Server, C++ and custom hardware. Mobilecomplete has developed innovative direct-to-device technology and is the market leader in Mobile Platform testing. Thousands of companies use the DeviceAnywhere product for validating their mobile applications on a variety of devices. Led the entire software product release and an engineering organization of ~25, reported to the CTO. Successfully delivered three product releases including hosted online service DeviceAnywhere and the dedicated enterprise deployments. Drove process improvements and key performance metric improvements throughout the engineering organization. Managed offshore engineering team to deliver tremendous cost benefits to the companyand enable faster product development cycles.

 Team leader at the fast growing startup providing innovative online financial applications to banks, credit unions and wealth management firms. Led the team in design and development of online browser based applications using java, jsps, weblogic and oracle. Interfaced with product management and external customers to design, develop, release and maintain the application.

Responsible for the entire software lifecycle for key modules of the Knowledge Management (KM) part of Oracle ebusiness suite for 3 releases, 11.5.8, 11.5.9 and 11.5.10. Led requirements review, high level design, detailed level design, development and unit testing.Optimized KM 11.5.10 OA release through performance and load testing, sql tuning, memory management and java tuning.Team Leader for the project to integrate Report Generator with Oracle Applications 11.54 Self Service Web Applications. Involves JSP based Chart generation, OA Framework based UI, middle tier on Business components for Java and PL/SQL back-end. The pieces of the Report Generator integrate with portal.oracle.com as portlets.Developed the web-based version of the Balanced Scorecard in Java as part of the high-profile Strategic Enterprise Management team. Participated in a survey and prototype of existing technologies like Enterprise JavaBeans, XML, Business components for Java and Javamail on top of IMAP4 to figure out the technology stack best suited for the application. Then designed the application in UML. Wrote the Internet Viewer and mail viewer for the application.

Developed iterative methods for reservoir simulation for the Supri-b group of Petroleum Engineering. Wrote the program in C++ using the library Portable Extensible Toolkit for Scientific Computing(PetSc). Worked with Prof David Donoho of the Statistics department on the Wavelab Project. Wavelab is a comprehensive wavelet-based signal processing library written in Matlab scripts.

Developed input data translator from Eclipse to VIP, which are two leading Black Oil Reservoir simulators in the programming language C.
