In addition, Key Account Management Fleets (Sales and After-Sales) and the local vehicle modifications plant (Mercedes Benz Technical Center), total 120 Fte:• Dealer Operations - managing dealer network and own retail branches• Key Account Management - selling vehicles, service and parts to Fleets• Customer Service – customer requests and complaints handling• Marketing - developing service and parts products / promotions• Parts & Accessories - technical and logistical support• Engineering - technical field service (support for technically complex cases)• Warranty and R & D – warranty and repair and maintenance contract handling• MB Technical Center - vehicle modification plant (80 Fte)Results:• Growth of sales / turnover at national Fleets, through a national and local acquisition program (Sales Discovery),• Revenue growth after-sales at Retail level by increasing Retention (number of vehicles in the workshop) and Penetration (turnover of parts per vehicle),• Growth in sales of parts to self-repairing fleet owners, body shop groups and independent service providers,• Improvement of the dealer organization's return through increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
