Current– Performing and conducting maintenance tasks on aircraft components in MRO workshops.– Adhering to OEM CR&OP and vendor CMM manuals, ASTM standards, regulatory requirements as well as MOE, company procedures and MRO workshop procedure manuals.– Ensuring alignment of departmental technical procedures with job requirements while reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. – Addressing simultaneously, areas for improvement to enhance safety and readiness for… Show more – Performing and conducting maintenance tasks on aircraft components in MRO workshops.– Adhering to OEM CR&OP and vendor CMM manuals, ASTM standards, regulatory requirements as well as MOE, company procedures and MRO workshop procedure manuals.– Ensuring alignment of departmental technical procedures with job requirements while reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. – Addressing simultaneously, areas for improvement to enhance safety and readiness for audits.– Collaborating and coordinating with OEMs to manage repair schemes, address technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and drive product improvements. – Interpreting and analyzing OEM schematics and manuals to develop precise work orders, ensuring efficient maintenance processes and accurate documentation. – Assisting with AMOS-related tasks for the resolution of operational requirements.– Validating the accuracy of log cards and assessing sub-component lifespans to ensure compliance with the assigned scope of work as outlined in AMP Chapter 4 & 5.– Ensuring SB, ASB, AD compliance and monitoring by evaluating airworthiness directives from EASA, FAA, and QCAA and assessing the effectiveness of SB issues by OEMs.– Developing and enhancing MRO capabilities by setting up specialized maintenance and repair facilities for critical aircraft components.
