In my role as Regional manager for Northern Europe I am in charge of all operations in Norway, Sweden,Denmark and Finland. I run an office and a workshop out of Stavanger Norway. We deliver equipment and personell to project all over these regions. My role in this is mostly around sale and marketing. Create enquires for us to feed trough our global setup. I also make sure that we deliver good quality on products and services leaving us for safe and smooth operation. In stavanger we have 1500m2 yard, 200m2 workshop and 100m2 offices. We are able to test winches up to 150T and also do service and mainatance on clients equipment locally.Head count we are about 7-10 people combined with own staff and some rented in. We also benefit from having 167 colleagues in our UK operation that we share from.

In June 2013 React was established as a equipment trading company. We had som agencies that there was generated business from. Today this is just a small operational company with very little activity.

I joined the Flowline Specialist group to establish them in Scandinavia. My role as General Manager manager was to establish necessary infrastructure and generate sales. I traveled all over Scandinavia and meet with clients and set up strategic partners. Record year our revenue was around 22 Million NOK with 3 people employed.Flowline Specialists was established to address a requirement to cut costs in the handling of reels, flexible pipes, umbilicals and cables by utilising more specialist and innovative solutions.The core of our business is the safe and efficient handling of product worldwide, utilising our in house designed and manufactured equipment along with our experienced and conscientious operators.

Joined ACE Winches to head up Scandinavian business. My role here was to lead employees already with the company and to build a stronger footprint for ACE. Monyana Eurotech was bought over by James Fisher and Son. They owned Scan Tech and we quickly become part of this great company. Also here I had managers believing in me and enjoyed every day working there. Headhunted by former class mate to join this Scottish owned company. Trained on lifting and pulling applications as services we provided was rental of winches to meet these request. In charge of sale, project, mob crew and client contact.

Trained to be a proactive sales person where you only had yellow pages and colleagues knowledge what to look for. Sold lifting magnets to fabrication sentre all over Norway.
