But maybe more important is the impact? 🏆 That's something I'm proud of. 1️⃣ I learned my lessons when we helped CEVA logistics create their model implementation for warehouse management systems. 2️⃣ I was proud of my team when we reduced the time needed for new customer implementation for Maersk's global supply chain orchestrating system by months. 3️⃣ It was crazy to be the one who was called when Microsoft bought Nokia and, after several attempts, decided they needed help with the Quality of WMS implementation operating on the biggest warehouse/factory floor I've ever seen.So here are the big names, but if you are still reading, there is one more thing that I'm really proud of! It is how accessible and easy we've made quality for hundreds of people and companies through Testspring.🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 The biggest problem was finding people who truly understood quality by heart. That's why we are running a half-year university course (with Silesian University) that teaches everything you need to know to become a great specialist. To make a positive impact, I've tied it with the startup support program, where newly born Software Quality Specialists can implement what they've learned. Because you need to give before you take, and when you take, you need to give something back.Now I have specialists who know why they are doing things and what the Quality is.
