Growing up with some creativity skills and an analytical mind it was challenging to pursue a non-exploratory career path, I’ve always wanted to dig deeper, to know the “why” behind the “what”, and most of the job titles don’t offer this. Starting my career in Business seemed like a mismatch at first given my B.Sc in Environmental Science, until I came across a quote from his book “ How To Get to Great Ideas”, Dave Birss says: “ I don’t make people creative, I make them less uncreative”, I realized that a creative position might exist, and the “ Business Development” field could be the one for me. With sufficient experience in Sales, Cold calling, and telemarketing I mastered the human psychology of making a decision and I learned how to: 1- Put the customer at the center of everything I do.2- Make my gut instinct good, yet I will always seek proven data for my decisions.3- Negotiate and communicate from different perspectives, “Not everyone can see your elephant”.4- Master my voice tonalities and variations with a native-like “North Californian” accent.
