Title: PLC Controlled Automatic Rewinding MachineDescription: o The objective of this project is to develop a plc controlled automatic rewinding machine for winding of motor, and to analyze the machine’s performance on doing the job.o The common applications for a coil winding machine are to wind coils for transformers, inductors, motors and chokes. o To complete a coil using a manual coil winding machine will be inconvenient and a waste of time. Therefore, fabrication of coil winding machine will be done in this project which is controlled by a plc.o This project is inexpensive, easy to operate and build in small scale size. An experiment was held to ensure the machine performance. o Its Proto type Automatic Rewinding machine based on PLC.o The main process in rewinding that is making turn, counting of turns and selecting diameter of coil This all we made automatic with the help of plc. o We work on Siemens plc S7-1200 and its programming software Simatic manager 5.2.o And Also work on Step 7 Simatic manager 5.1. &5.2.
