Hello,My name is Habib Halango, and I am the founder and director of Diamond Care Victoria, a leading provider of home care services in Melbourne. Growing up, I had a strong desire to make a positive impact in my community, particularly in the healthcare sector. This led me to pursue a Bachelor of Health Science from Auckland University of Technology, which I completed in 2013.After completing my studies, I gained extensive experience working in various healthcare settings, including aged care, disability, and hospitals, as a personal care assistant in Auckland and then in Melbourne, Victoria. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of quality care and the need for compassionate and dedicated professionals in the industry.In addition to my professional work, I have also been actively involved in voluntary roles. I worked as a community liaison officer with The Heart Foundation Auckland and Red Cross Auckland, where I helped promote healthy living initiatives and supported vulnerable communities.My entrepreneurial journey began when I founded Diamond Care Victoria in 2019. Our mission is to provide exceptional home care services that enable individuals to live independently and maintain their dignity. With a team of highly trained and dedicated professionals, we offer a range of services, including personal care, SIL, MTA & respite care, and recreational Day Programmes. We also have a special wheelchair-accessible Van to assist participants with comfortable transportation.I'm proud of what we have achieved at Diamond Care Victoria, and I'm committed to continuing to provide outstanding care services that improve the lives of our participants. As a business owner and entrepreneur, I believe in the power of innovation and collaboration, and I'm always looking for ways to enhance our services and exceed participant expectations.
