• Studying drawings (.dxf Autocad) and specifications (thickness, steel grade,dimensions) to determine suitable material (Stainless steel, Mild Steel, Bisalloy Steel),method (Drilling, Tapping, Plasma Cutting, Oxy Cutting) and sequence of operations,and machine settings (Kinetic K5000xmc)• Fitting fabricated metal parts into products and assembling metal parts andsubassemblies to produce machines and equipment• Checking fabricated and assembled metal parts for accuracy, clearance and fit usingprecision measuring instruments• Setting guides, stops and other controls on machining tools, setting up prescribedcutting and shaping tools and dies in machines• Forming metal stock and castings to fine tolerances using machining tools to cut,grind, plane, bore and drill metal

• Performing scheduled maintenance services (B Service – C Service), carrying out: wheel bearing inspection, brake shoes inspections, air system inspection, axles lubrications, to achieve smoother running of trailer (one, two, three and four axles trailer)• Preparing technical specifications and datasheets for mechanical equipment• Reassembling suspension parts after being thoroughly inspected (brake shoes, brake buster, shock absorbers, air bags, service and brake valves, brake drums, turn table operation)• Repairing and replacing worn and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components, and referring to service manuals as needed• Controlling wheel bearing management system to generate information regarding type of bearing kit, axle nuts torque, hub cap torque, type of grease (LX2 Grase, Eco plus Grease)• Analysis of CAD Drawing requirements regarding axle components: S-Cam, Slack adjusters, Brake Booster brackets, springs, etc.)
