Under Palm Oil project implementation team, assigned into :Sawit Terampil project• A project to go beyond traceability with capacity building for smallholder palm oil farmers to prepare them for RSPO/ISPO certification in Aceh and North Sumatera region.• Develop a work plan and priority scale for scheduling visits to groups and oil palm smallholders.• Coordinate with Project Coordinator Business Support regarding scheduling and communication to Dealers, agents, farmer groups, and farmers. • Coordinate and build good relationships with dealers, agents, and group leaders regarding farmer visits.• Provide personal consultation and assistance related to oil palm cultivation practices to farmers and farmer groups.• Making data analysis monitoring farmers' garden practices - Checking and assisting the completeness of farmer's personal mandatory data.• Identifying new farmers who want to join the Skilled Palm Program.
