Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand the project scope and objectives.• Business Process Analysis: Analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.• Feasibility Studies: Assess the feasibility of proposed projects, considering technical constraints, budget, resources, and potential risks.• Use Case and User Story Development: Create use cases, user stories, and functional specifications that outline the system's behaviour and expected outcomes.• Requirements Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including requirement documents, process flows, and system diagrams.• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.• Test planning, design, execution and reporting: Develop design and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project requirements and objectives.• Defect Management: Log and track defects, work with development teams to resolve issues, and verify bug fixes.• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Collaborate with end-users during UAT to ensure that the product meets their expectations and needs.
