We’re tasked with delivering new capabilities to our customers, sellers and partners while also transforming how we build, deliver, and maintain software. We’re developing new capabilities at scale and at the same time leveraging our technology and expertise so that we can create these solutions faster, more securely, and with better quality.For me, it’s more than just about technology, it’s about creating a team and culture focused on collaboration. I work hard to create a shared mission that engages our team that is spread around the globe and across cultures. And in doing so, we create products and experiences that continue to innovate and delight our customers. Our goal is to make it easy for our customers to shop and purchase Dell products – that way they can focus their energies on pursuing their own goals.My career began in product management, and I still am very active in mentoring the next generation of leaders coming out of that field by speaking at conferences and working with new startups. And it's great working with a global team, because I love the opportunity to travel and experience new cultures and places.
