I have over eight years of experience as a product designer, specializing in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. I am passionate about solving problems and creating user-centric products that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have worked with various domains, such as fashion e-commerce, content recommendation, and point management, and have developed design skills and knowledge that can be applied to diverse contexts and markets.My most recent role was as a product designer at Yanolja, a leading online travel platform in Korea. I was responsible for designing and improving the DodoPoint app, which is a loyalty program that allows users to earn and redeem points, coupons, and customized benefits from various stores and services. I focused on enhancing the app's usability, functionality, and aesthetics, and collaborated with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to launch the app in March 2023. The app received positive feedback from users and was downloaded more than 100,000 times. I also worked on improving the store information and search design, making the app more attractive and engaging for users and store owners. I used various tools and methods, such as user research, data analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, to deliver high-quality design solutions that met user needs and business goals.
