I was fortunate enough to deal with two high-end residential projects from inception to completion, overseeing all stages from conceptualization to construction.Managed the integration of interior, exterior, and architectural design elements to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing living spaces. When I took over Kohimarama project, the office was sitting on the edge of losing the client because they could not complete the project within the given timeline. I was able to complete the project and satisfy the client in 8 months on time and within budget. Therefore I saved the office from an influential client who is still willing to commission the office for the next project.
