• To carry out quality inspection, to assure the shipped products conform quality requirement and timely execution.• To assure QC are well trained and qualified to conduct inspection of all products• To provide quality guideline to all QA & Factory Assigned QC.• Liaise and facilitate problem solving and decision making in any technical related issues in garment production.• Establish and deliver functional excellence through providing high level support and expertise in manufacturing processes.• Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure quality meets specifications.• Develop clear understanding on brand requirements and close partnership with the factories. Coach factories and liaise their understanding of the brand to elevate product & service standards.• Proactively foreseen and resolve any potential production issues, balance cost effective production approach and brand’s requirements.• Timely follow-up, monitor process and progress of product approval to hit deadlines.• Collaboration with Merchandiser, QA and other cross-functional departments through production execution.• Drive for product and process improvement and consistent execution. Encourage best practice sharing

1.Responsible to Learn garment Industry standard Quality Procedure, System Quality Check.2.Developing efficiency and productifity of Quality production.3.Responsible reporting process condition at Garment Industry.4.PP meeting coordination, fabric inspection, cutting inspection, pilot run, inline process inspection, pre final inspection.5.Sample check (Proto Sample, PP sample, inline sample, TOP sample, Shipping Sample, keeping sample).

1. Factory Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible to Assurance Quality System – problem solving, check from fabric inspection, Cutting and product Quality in Garment.2. Administration Report and monitoring implementation practical Daily-weekly QA, Reporting PP Meeting, Pilot Run Report, Inline - Pre Final Report Inspection, Data Entry QA and Audit Internal Factory and Periodical Check Quality System and Coordination with production to make a good Quality product have been produced with the right requirement buyer request. 3.Responsible for Analyzing Quality Data, Entry Quality Data and Making Quality Report Processing for Garment.4.Sample check (Proto Sample, PP sample, inline sample, TOP sample, Shipping Sample, keeping sample).
