I’ve spent 10 years in the industry to see things from every perspective: a marketing freelancer for popular F&B start-ups, a digital marketing agency team leader for various F&B chains, a branding concept/ marketing consultant, an instructor on F&B marketing and branding for the next generation, and last but not least a volutary Front-of-House service staff at some of my long-term partner restaurants.
